COVID-19 LTL Shipping Update

In order to reduce the risk of potential exposure to COVID-19 for both our customers and drivers, some freight terminals are required to ask customers to fill out the "No Signature Required" document. The driver will not be able to secure a signature at the time of delivery. Only Curbside Delivery will be available at this time.

ALEKO is not responsible for any "Rapid Return", storage or re-delivery fee in case the customer can't accept the freight due to a nonessential business closure, age, or other quarantine restrictions that may be applied to the delivery address.

Due to these facts, ALEKO requires customers to report any damage or shortage to the carrier within 24 hours by phone and email, providing the carrier with pictures. Once the report is made, the customer needs to forward that conversation to, or to Otherwise, ALEKO will not be able to assist the customer with damaged or lost items in transit.


For large and oversized products, we use LTL shipping. After your order ships from our warehouse, we'll send you an email containing tracking information with details about the freight carrier assigned to your order.

Shortly following shipment, you'll be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery date. You MUST be present for the delivery, or fees from the freight company will be incurred by you. Please download and carefully read the Freight Receiving Instructions prior to the arrival of your delivery.

There are three LTL shipping options available to you.

  1. Free Curbside Delivery - available and the default option for Continental US addresses. Curbside delivery is our standard delivery method and is free for all freight orders. Important: The customer must be available to receive the delivery or fees will be incurred. The customer is responsible for unloading the crate, removing the crate (if needed) to check for any damage during delivery, and for moving the item(s) ordered to the desired location. Curbside delivery does not include any additional services such as setting the product(s) in place, unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. For an additional cost, customers may request a second person to assist with unloading. Additional costs may be applied for specific areas that require additional equipment for delivery.
  2. "Second Man" Delivery - is optional and can be added to your order during checkout. This add-on includes a second man to help unload your product from the truck to your driveway if you are unable to do it yourself. Please note that this option does not include moving the product(s) from your driveway to the place of your choosing.
  3. Inside Delivery* is optional and can be added to your order during checkout. This service includes a second man to help unload your product(s) from the truck if you are unable to do this yourself. Inside Delivery includes unloading your product(s) and placing them in the area of your choice, such as inside your home, or in your back yard. Please note that placement must be on the same initial level with no more than 3 stair steps. *Note: On occasion Inside Delivery is not able to be fulfilled. In this situation, our shipping team will issue a refund for the Inside Delivery fee paid during checkout.
