All products ordered from our website are shipping from our Seattle WA area warehouse. The buyer is responsible for all charges and payments of customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes, if applicable.
We are located at 8307 S. 192nd Street, Kent, WA 98023 USA and local pickup of your order is available if preferred. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. Large items including gates, fences, pedestrian gates, and saunas are available for pickup Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm.
