All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us by email at hello@aleko.com to request a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA). We'll need both the name used when placing the order and your order number. With that information, we'll provide you with complete return instructions. The RMA is valid for 7 days once issued, and the return must be shipped within that 7 day period.


To ensure your return arrives safely and undamaged, please package the item(s) in the original box with all originally received components (accessories, parts, etc.). Returns not received in the original packaging and in like-new condition will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. 


To receive your refund as quickly as possible, be sure to write RETURN on the outside of the package. The delivery address must also include the RMA number.  The RMA number must also be included inside the package.

You are responsible for payment of shipping costs to return the item to us. We encourage you to consider insuring the return for the full value of the item(s) being returned to protect yourself against loss or theft. Use a carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Returns must be shipped to us within 7 days of the RMA being issued.  ALEKO cannot issue credit or refunds for any items that are damaged, lost during shipping, or sent to us COD.


Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your return and issue your refund, not including your bank's processing time. We'll do our best to process it as quickly as possible. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to your credit card, and if paid by check, money order, or cashier's check, we will issue payment by check addressed to your delivery address on record.
