To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call us at 833-926-2323 or email us at hello@aleko.com. You must include the order number.


Customer orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. If your order has not yet shipped, there is no fee for canceling the order. If your order has already moved to processing to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order.  However, once it delivers to you, you can contact us for Return Authorization. 


Any orders refused upon delivery attempt will be assessed all applicable fees, including the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
