For assistance with a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, or other proof of purchase so we can verify warranty eligibility. Be sure to include a detailed description of the product purchased and the problem with the item.
If warranty eligible, we'll determine if it can be solved with technical support, or if a replacement or replacement part is required. Photos/videos are strongly recommended to assist with the resolution of the claim, please provide these in the initial claim. If the replacement part is available, we'll order it for you and will update you with tracking as soon as it's available.
If covered by warranty and we are unable to get the replacement or replacement parts, we will issue you a Return Merchant Authorization so the item can be returned to us. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details. When your returned item is processed, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.
