This is how we drop-ship Harvia heaters/showers from the warehouse of "Almost Heaven." in West Virginia to our customers.
The following list of SKUs are items that we have listed on our ALEKO.com website and are available to purchase by our customers. (Please note that those are our SKUs, which are different from Harvia SKUs. (Kellen or Inna can help you if you have any questions on the right SKUs )

Once the order is placed, it comes in SC as regular order yet since we physically do not have items in stock, we will need to submit the order with "Almost Heaven" so that it can be shipped out to customer.
Any issues with the product, installation, late delivery, lost package, etc. should be directed to Kellen@almostheaven.com and Stella@ almostheaven.com. and include order details. They will be handling those cases. In case customers need to know the expected delivery date, their warehouse is in West Virginia.
