Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing a delay in receiving shipments from our suppliers and occasionally some of our products are temporarily back-ordered.
If an item you ordered is on backorder, rest assured we'll get it shipped to you as quickly as possible. We fulfill and ship orders in the order received including backordered items. Once the item arrives in our warehouse, if your item has been backordered, it ships immediately, automatically. When your order ships, we'll send an email with tracking details to you.
