We work hard to process refunds as quickly as possible. If you had prior authorization to return an order to us, your refund will be processed within 21 days once we receive your return.  If you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit to the card used when ordering. If you paid by check, cashiers check or money order, we will issue a check to you.
